Cost and expenses
The price of the products you will find for sale in this site are clearly indicated: the prices are comprehensive of VAT.
Shipping costs, which may vary depending on the weight of the packages and the delivery area, will appear in the order. There aren’t any other expenses
The prices are valid as long as they are published on the site. If you make an order, the price will be the one shown at the moment of the order since the delivery even in the meantime there will be variations.
For any information before and after the purchase, we are at your disposal.
The minimum order is of €20. To make an order on this site you had to be adult.
Order Confirmation
Every order you make on our website will be followed by an e-mail communication that will summarize the details of the order, including shipping charges and, in case of payment by bank transfer, will show you the data you need.
In case of payment by bank transfer, you will have the right to request cancellation of the order within 48 hours sending us an e-mail.
If you’ll not receive the e-mail confirmation within 12 hours from your order, please contact us by email.
Shipping and Delivery of the products
The shipment of the items will be made as soon as possible, usually within 36-60 hours (Sundays and holidays excluded); if this is not possible, eg due to temporarily out of stock products, or if your data are incomplete, we will notify you via e–mail or phone.
The invoice will be issued with the shipping of items.
Packaging and shipping are made with maximum care, but if something does not satisfy you, please inform us.
Mode of payment
The payment of the products can be made by:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal or Credit Card
- On delivery (only in Italy)
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant the Italian Legislative Decree 185/99 you have the right to terminate the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason within ten (10) working days from the day you receive the products.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation you must give us a news about your decision by registered AR, pointing which products should be subject to withdrawal, and your bank information.
Then you will have to return the products in the their original package.
Bar Jole will have to receive the products within thirty (30) working days from the receipt of notice of withdrawal.
Return shipping and handling of products is at your expenses and under your responsibility. As soon as we receive the product we will reimburse the sums paid without shipping costs.
If the ordered goods return to the sender, you will be required to pay the shipping cost.
Bar Jole 1930, in the event of exercise of your right of withdrawal, has the right to not accept the return of products if they are not in its packaging or if they have been altered in their essential characteristics and quality or if they are damaged.
REFUND PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT OF A DAMAGED PACKAGE – INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS
Guarantees
In the event that the goods were received at their destination with a damaged package or beyond their expiration date, we will replace them at our expenses.

Privacy protection Personal data collected through this site will be processed in accordance with Reg. UE 679/2016 concerning the protection of personal data and therefore will be used exclusively for the purposes indicated, namely: online shop of food products and canned food, animals and creams, kept confidential and communicated only to those responsible for delivering the products (Poste Italiane or Corrieri) and to the collection of payments and in no other case will be transferred to third parties. The subject responsible for archiving and processing data is exclusively Bar Jole 1930 sas.
Legislation and Jurisdiction
Any dispute regarding the interpretation, application, execution or violation of these terms of sale is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
For any dispute between the parties is competent the Court of Savona.
Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
The European Commission has set up an online platform for alternative dispute resolution.
The European buyers can use this platform for non-judicial resolution of any dispute relating to and/or arising from the online sale agreements with us.
